  • Position Summary:

    Incumbents in this position are responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in support of office personnel and management at company’s office locations.  Duties include tasks, such as receptionist, handling correspondence, material handling, filing, mail duties, and data entry.  

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

    The following represents the majority of the duties performed by the position, but is not meant to be at all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary:

    • Performs receptionist duties, such as answering telephone, greeting visitors and conveying messages
    • Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to office location, fax numbers, and all other related information.
    • Performs mailroom duties, such as sorting and distribution of incoming mail, processing outgoing mail, shipping and receiving including Federal Express, UPS and other delivery services
    • Performs data entry and creates various spreadsheets in support of operations and staff
    • May assist with or perform accounting or bookkeeping tasks
    • May assist with oversight of pool vehicles.  Check out pool vehicles to employees, ensure vehicles are accounted for, coordinate basic maintenance to ensure vehicles are clean and in drivable condition
    • Other tasks as assigned

    Skills & Experience:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently
    • Must possess good organizational skills
    • Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task with attention to accuracy
    • Must be team player that possess the ability to adapt to a changing work environment
